Fitting the HPD Catch Can to the Mitsubishi Pajero

Installing the HPD Catch Can: Part Two

Then remove Crankcase breather hose.

Remove the barb from the Air intake duct by just pulling it straight out. Then insert the HPD Hose reducing tail (OCC-VW-A1) into the Air intake duct.

I found the supplied RH-19 rubber hoses to be too long so decided to cut them down to a more practical size. After measuring and cutting the rubber hose to length place the spring clips on each of the four ends of the rubber hose.

Now fit the hose from the HPD catch can lower inlet to the engines rocker cover breather barb. Fit the upper outlet hose to the air intake duct.

Refit the engine cover and that’s it done.
